Usage areas
Sios epoxy self leveling 3k is used in warehouses, shopping malls, workshops, showrooms, food industry, schools, hospitals, treatment facilities, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, factories, residences, hygienic units, areas with heavy forklift traffic.
Surface Quality
The concrete surface should be clean, sound and of sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N / mm2), with a pull off strength of at least 1.5 N / mm2. should be free. The slurry layer on the surface must be removed. (Shot-Blast, Rota Tiger, Milling etc.)
Surface Preparation
Concrete surfaces should be prepared to obtain an open porous surface by removing the cement grout using abrasive equipment. Weak concrete should be removed, voids and holes should be fully exposed. All dust, loose and loose particles should be removed from the floor with a brush and / or vacuum cleaner before the product is applied. Concrete cracks and false joints should be cleaned. Surface repairs, filling blowholes / holes, cracks repair, false joints are important.
Method of Application
First of all, A and B components are mixed thoroughly separately. Then the B component is added into the A component and mixed for a minimum of 3 minutes until it becomes homogeneous. Then, component C is added to the existing mixture slowly and the mixing process is continued until the system becomes homogeneous. The mixture is applied to the floor with a notched trowel and air bubbles in the mixture are removed with the help of a spiked roller.
Consumption
Total theoretical consumption is 2.5-3 kg / m2.
Packaging
Presented in plastic packages of 10 (A) + 2.5 (B) + 10 (C) KG.
Shelf life
It can be stored for a maximum of 12 months in closed environments at temperatures between +10 C and + 25 C in its unopened original package. Opened material should be used as soon as possible.
Security Alert
During the application, no smoking and work should be done away from naked flames in well-ventilated areas. Hands and eyes should be protected with gloves and protective glasses. In case of material contact with eyes, eyes should be washed with plenty of water. Adequate ventilation is required during application. Ask your dealer for Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
